Version 1.0.0 gathers the daily history, the period and hourly views, the three manual pages and the `argus-fetch` command. The package message states the two installation steps: the package on the server, then `argus-fetch` on the desk.

- Add the period view: the count of each series over a day, an ISO week, a month, a quarter, a year or a date range, with `--split week` and `--split month`.
- Add the hourly view: the count of each series at each hour of the day, 00 to 23, over the same windows.
- Add `argus-chart`, one command for the daily, period and hourly views.
- Add `argus-fetch`, which copies the charts from the declared servers to the desk, one connection per host and no retry.
- Add the manual pages `argus(7)`, `argus-chart(1)` and `argus-fetch(1)`, and the guides installed in `/usr/share/doc/argus/`.
- Keep `chart-daily.sh` and the collectors unchanged, and share their configuration and series code through `argus-lib.sh`.
- State the two installation steps in the message at the end of the installation.
